Haaaaa yeah. I just actually was inspired by

's fan character Jo

who I drew here, to make a fan character for Reaper High and yeah. I would've done an application sheet but as ya should know, no digital art skill nor tablet.
Here's her description:
Ramona Wells is a witch((So creative, NOT)) but really she does not look it. She doesn't wear a pointy hat nor all that other "witchy" stuff. She loves to wear goggles cause she thinks they're rad and she can cast magic from her fingertips. She is a tomboy and is careless cause she misplaces her broomstick. She is up for ANY adventure and really wants to hang out with everybody! Though she is a first year, she hopes to pitch in with the Reaper High Monthly magazine, and is willing to become pals with Dipper and she likes to chill with Finn and Jo.
